“Identity data”, including first name, maiden name, surname, username, martial status, title, date of birth, photo’s, race number, age, gender, qualifications and (expected) race results.

3.1  AUTOMATED TECHNOLOGIES OR INTERACTIONS

During your interaction wit the Site we can automatically collect technical data about your devices, browser actions and behaviour. We collect this personal data by using cookies, server logs and other similar technologies. We may also use the technical information about you when you visit other websites. 4. HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We will only use your personal information if the law allows us and for the execution of our services

 

Specifically:

  • If you register as a participant in the Zuidas Run (individual or business team), we collect and process the personal data that is provided as part of your registration for you to participate and for the organization to execute and organize the event. In particular: First and last name, email address, phone number, date of birth, IP address, gender, type of ticket and data related to payment methods such as credit card number, expiry data and data related to transactional data such as transaction number, description, registration etc.

 

  • If you register via a registration form as a volunteer. For this we process the following personal data: First and last name, email address, phone number, gender, date of birth and – if applicable – clothing size, diet, passport data etc.

 

  • If you register for our newsletter. If you have given us explicit permission we will use your email address to regularly send our newsletter. In the footer of each newsletter you will find a link to unsubscribe at any time. You can also unsubscribe at any time by sending an email to info@zuidasrun.nl. For the newsletter of the Zuidas Run we process the following data: first name, last name, email address and IP address.

 

  • If you order a product in our website’s websho. For this purpose, we process the following personal data: first name, last name, address, phone number, email address, date of birth, IP address and data related to payment methods: credit card, expiry date of the card and data related to transactions such as transaction number, description, registration etc.

 

  • If you navigate to one of our related website and products such as the registration pages of MySports and inschrijven.nl or the newsletter registration of Mailchimp.

 

  • If you contact us through our contact page. For this we process the following personal information: first name, last name, email address, IP address and any information provided by yourself in the explanation.

 

 

4.1 MARKETING/NEWSLETTER

We would love to keep you informed about our new products and initiatives. Please consider that we operate a strict “opt-in” policy for individuals. That means we are not going to send you any newsletter or information unless you have requested to receive this updates from us. If you wish to order our newsletter, we need confirmation that you are the owner of the stated e-mail address and agree to receipt of the newsletter, as well as your e-mail address. This data is only collected for the purpose of sending you the newsletter and to document our entitlement to do so. This data will not be sold to third parties.

 

When you are a participant or customer, we will inform you about new events, initiatives and products. If you wish to be removed from our direct marketing list and do not wish to receive any further information from us you can inform us of this by clicking on the link at the bottom of each e-mail communication you receive from us. Once this information is received we will immediately remove you from our direct marketing database. You can also unsubscribe by emailing us at privacy@houseofsports.nl or info@zuidasrun.nl.

 

4.2 NEWSLETTER TRACKING

The newsletters of the Zuidas Run contain so-called pixels. A pixel is a thumbail image embedded in such emails sent in HTML format to enable logging and log file analysis. This allows a statistical evaluation of the success or failure of online marketing campaigns. Using the built-in pixel House of Sports is able to detect if and when an e-mail has been opened by a person and which links in the email have been clicked at by the persons concerned.

 

Such personal data collected trough pixels in the newsletters are stored and evaluated by House of Sports to optimize the delivery of the newsletter and tob etter attune the content of future newsletters to the interests of our customers. This personal information will not be disclosed to third parties.

 

4.3 CHANGE OF OBJECTIVE

We will only use your personal information for the purposes for which we have collected it, unless we reasonably assume that we must use it for any other reason an that the reason is compatible with the original purpose. Contact us if you want to know how the processing for the new target is compatible with the original purpose.

 

We will never use your personal data for other purposes without your persmission.

We will never sell your details to third parties. The collected data can be transferred within the organization of the Zuidas Run (House of Sports B.V.). The data can also be passed on to third parties if this is essential for the execution of the agreement between us and our participants. Processing agreements are concluded with third parties.

House of Sports has integrated components of Facebook on this website. Facebook is a social network, an internet-based social meeting point, an online community that enables users in general to communicate with each other and interactively work in a virtual environment. 5.3 NO FURTHER TRANSFER

No further transfer of you data to thirds parties takes place, unless you have given explicit information for this or when is is legally obliged to do so, or if this is necessary to exercise our rights or to implement the agreement. We require all external parties to respect the security of your personal information and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our external service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only allow the mto process your personal data for specific purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

9.1. WHAT IS A COOKIE?

We use cookies on this website. A cookie is a simple and small file that is send with the pages on this website [and/or Flash-applications] and is saved on the hard disk of your computer by your browser. This information can be send back during a next visit at our website.

 

9.2. USE OF PERMANENT COOKIES

With the use of permanent cookies we are able to recognize you during a new visit on our website. The website can be set, taking into account your preferences. If you accept the cookie placement, we are able to remember this with a cookie. This way you do not have to go over your preferences again, which saves time and makes the use of our website easier. Permanent cookies can be deleted at the settings of your browser.

 

9.3. USE OF SESSION COOKIES

With the use of session cookies we are able to see which elements of the website you visited during a session. This way we can adjust our website to the visitors behavior. These cookies are deleted automatically when you close your browser.

 

9.4. GOOGLE ANALYTICS

Through our website, a cookie of the American company Google, is placed as a part of the “Analytics”- service. We use this service to keep and receive reports of the way visitors use our website. Google is able to share this information with third parties if Google is legally obligated or third parties process this information. We can not influence this. We did not give Google permission to use the analytics information for other Google services.

The information which Google gathers is anonymized as much as possible. Your IP-address is specifically not handed over. The information is transferred and saves by Google on the servers of the United States. Googles is required to abide by the Privacy Shield principles and is joined by the Privacy Shield Program of the American Ministry of Traffic. This means there is a suited protection level for the assimilation of possible personal details.
